Dr. Mercola is great... My mother had sent me to his site a while back, and that was how I found out about him. He has tons and tons of articles, and if you sign up for his newsletter, he will email you about health related things. I learned about this article recently, and now, as you might find for yourself as well, that you are doing yourself a disfavor if you drink this stuff. Luckly, Im young and have never had diet soda. I always go with regular soda. I try to avoid it nowadays though, I'm certainly not a heavy soda drinking by any means at all. I hope whoever reads this will learn something, and will pass it on to friends and family.

Safely Remove Hardware Tutorial

This video was made in hopes that it would help people have a quick and easy way to access safely remove hardware. I have this on my USB drive for easy access. That's the main reason for me having it, but it may be convenient if you are in the same boat with people where the icon doesnt show. There is also another way of doing this. Simple do start, run, and then type in what I had in the shortcut box. You could also create a batch file.

You may be wondering, why do I need to do "safely remove hardware"? Well, windows may be using some resources and its the best way to tell windows "hey, im done with this device please remove it safely". There is a chance of corruption from what I have read. Don't believe me? just look it up for yourself.
